Tammy has always been very helpful, informative, and honest. If she does not think you need something, she will tell you. I really appreciated that she did not use scare tactics to talk me into getting unneeded services.

This company was amazing!!! I called and Tammy was able to get Bill to come out immediately to help us get the testing needed. They were both extremely helpful and provided so much insight on the proper steps to take to get a resolution in our favor. A lot of companies will take your money and give bare minimum but they truly love what they do and helping people in times of need. I can't speak for other companies in this industry but I recommend them a thousand times over! Thank you so much for everything Tammy and Bill!

I want to give an awesome review for this company. First and foremost Tammy, you are such an amazing woman. Tammy is the consultant who assisted me every step of the way. Talking to her felt as if we were long time friends. She answered ALL my questions, listen me a BHnd my concerns and I can hear her responses came from her heart. She always followed up with me which made me feel like she cared. She even asked about my family and our well being due to the health problems we occurred from the mold at our apartment complex. After the results she was able to go over everything once again and made me feel like I made the BEST decision to hire Indoor Air Quality. Now in reference to the results they were very detailed, everything was broken down in graphs that gave me a visual of my results. The results defined different words and broke down its meaning. Very informative. Also shoutout to Mr. Bill. He came on time, very sharp in getting the job done. He was so informative with everything. These guys are absolutely amazing! Tami's customer service is unmatched and they really care about what's going on with you. I called and they were able to come out the same day! I was on tight time restraints and needed the work done right away. They came after hours and worked late night just so I could meet my deadlines!!!! So when I say amazing, I MEAN AMAZING. Such fantastic people at this company! I'm so grateful that we were pointed to them when we needed to get our indoor air tested for mold. They are so knowledgeable, kind, empathetic, and helpful! Tammy, who answered the phone, took the time to listen and understand. I didn't feel rushed to just schedule an appointment and get off the phone; she really talked with me and cared about our situation. Bill came out to our home to do the air tests and he was so knowledgeable and friendly. He also located black mold on our HVAC unit that HVAC technicians somehow didn't see or didn't care to inform us about when they were up there inspecting the unit. The report I received listed not only ways to remediate the mold but other steps to take throughout the home to fix the issues that LEAD to mold growth in the first place. Highly recommend!

Heaven Sent! This company deserves more than the 5 stars given. I call a good amount of companies to get quotes and they were the most affordable. but above that the customer service is AMAZING!!! Tammy is soo sweet and the inspector Bill is just as sweet! I feel like they are family. Talking to Tammy is like talking to a friend or an Aunt. Bill the inspector is so sweet, down to earth and knowledgeable. He took his time and went through everything, gave me tips and info. OMGosh! Indoor Air Quality Service is by far THE BEST company ever. I’ve had indoor quality issues for almost a year and have spoke with soooo many companies. Tammy, Michael and Bill, stood out from the crowd from the start. They showed such genuine concern and compassion from determining testing needed, to the actual air testing to evaluation of the results. They all took care in explaining each aspect of the process as well as throughly addressing all of my concerns. I felt such relief to have caring professionals who were devoted to discovery and resolution of my air quality issue.To start, Tammy helped me understand the types of testing and associated costs. She was also considerate of my budgetary concerns. Additionally, Tammy preempted me on what to expect when Bill came over for the inspection.Then, Bill performed a very through inspection; highlighting several actions I could take for immediate improvement. Welp where should I start ? ( cracking my fingers in preparation of a long review) Tammy held my hand the entire way and gave me so much comfort and knowledge! Even though being exposed to mold changed my life completely literally ( im practically on a staycation) she made me feel at peace. Bill ! Hey there my guy ! The inspector Bill was awesome and we laughed entire time and I learned things I never l knew was important. Like humidity ! Humidity sucks ! He was friendly, courteous, as well as knowledgeable. He provided information about the steps he was taking as he proceeded. Once his part of the job was done he shared some of his personal story with me. Once the test results were in, the company rep contacted me through email and shared their findings and offered to speak directly to answer any additional questions. I would use them again in the future if I have an additional need(s).
